‘Recycled Design’, I wanted to create a different illustration using only my designs and photography from previous projects. I amalgamated them together and reconstituted them as one quirky piece of art.
Volunteering my Design skills to local charities…
Lately I have been dedicating my free time to local charities.
I offered my design services to improve their advertising.
I boosted their branding and modernize their identity, they will stand out from the crowd and be recognised throughout the area!
With strong marketing the charity will succeed with ease.
I started with small leaflets, to large posters and pop up banners.
I am up for any new challenges!

Networking…
Networking is the key to succeeding in the Design world, building your contacts is vital if you want to know about important up and coming design events and when amazing job positions arise.
I am registered with different network sites Linkedin, Blur Design, meetup and Creative Pool, these sites are a great place to show of your abilities and a chance for the perfect person to discover you.
Headhunters are great contacts… If a once in a life time job arises- they will be notified and then only a handful they feel has the potential will also be notified.
Great places to network… Design Museum.. design events in London etc
Going back in time…
I went to Bulgaria for a week in August- the busiest part of the year- the sun was out and the children were making the most of no school. Bulgaria is a great place to escape the fast moving, technology crazy world us British people live in. It was great seeing children playing without a console in their hand, playing with nature and making the most of their youth!
All the locals were very friendly- even though they could not speak a word of English and we could not speak a word of Bulgarian! That was great fun- just pointing at something from the menu- and hoping for the best!
Bulgaria is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and realise what life use to be like 20-30 years ago…

Poem
This poem was for a competition called ‘The Meaning of Life’.
This poem is very important to me. It is filled with all my deepest childhood memories.
